Kidz Hub LA Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 10, 2026

KidzHub LA ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to providing a fair and transparent refund policy for users of our platform, including end users (parents/children) and providers (businesses, groups, or solo instructors). By using our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Refunds for End Users (Parents & Students)

1Classes & Bookings

  • All classes booked through the KidzHub LA platform must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • Once payment is made, a legally binding contract is created between the end user and the class provider. KidzHub LA acts as an intermediary platform and does not provide the class itself.

2Cancellation by End Users

  • Refunds are subject to the provider's individual cancellation policy.
  • If the provider allows cancellations or reschedules, you may request a refund directly from the provider or through KidzHub LA support.
  • Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled class, unless otherwise stated by the provider.

3Provider Cancellations

  • If a class is canceled by the provider, users will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Users may also choose to reschedule the class if an alternative time is available.

4Non-Attendance

Refunds are generally not provided for no-shows or missed classes unless the provider agrees otherwise.

5Special Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in cases of illness, emergencies, or technical errors on the platform. Decisions are made at KidzHub LA's discretion, and documentation may be requested.

Refunds for Providers

1Membership Fees

  • Monthly or annual subscriptions for providers (Solo or Group) are non-refundable, except in the case of overpayment or technical errors.
  • Providers may cancel their subscription at any time to avoid future payments, but fees already paid are generally not refunded.

2Featured Listings & Marketing Packages

  • Fees paid for featured listings, promotional packages, or other optional services are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation stops future services but does not reimburse past payments.

3Technical Errors or Platform Issues

If payments were incorrectly charged due to a platform error, refunds will be issued promptly once verified.

How to Request a Refund

Include:

  • Name on the account
  • Transaction ID or booking reference
  • Reason for refund request
  • Supporting documentation if applicable

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Limitations & Disclaimers

  • KidzHub LA is not the provider of the classes; refunds are subject to the provider's policies.
  • We reserve the right to decline refund requests that are fraudulent, abusive, or outside the scope of this policy.
  • Refunds do not include transaction fees or third-party payment processor charges unless otherwise stated.
